3.1. Operational analysis and strategic assessment

The Service Provider shall:
a) Evaluate the Hotel’s existing services, guest experiences, and event facilities.

c) Develop recommendations for extending guest stays, reaching new guest segments, and increasing the factors that make the Hotel a preferred choice.
d) Prepare an actionable work plan based on the Hotel’s existing staff, physical facilities, and objectives.
This process includes the preparation of an initial assessment and an annual work plan.

3.2. Development of experience programs
Activities themed around wellness, physical movement, relaxation, entertainment, socialization, personal care, and exploration of the surrounding environment shall be developed, tailored to the specific characteristics of the Hotel.
The programs take into account the hotel's existing facilities, guest profile, staff capacity, and implementation conditions.

3.3. Preparation of daily and multi-day programs
Within the scope of the annual service, the following core program documents shall be prepared:
• One 3-day guest experience program.
• One 5-day guest experience program.
• One 7-day guest experience program.
• Daily activity schedules and staff task recommendations to support the implementation of these programs.

The programs detail the content of the activities, their recommended duration, timing, implementation methods, required facilities, and relevant safety considerations.

The programs shall be adapted based on the specific characteristics of the Hotel, subject to the mutual agreement of both parties. This service does not include the preparation of an unlimited number of new programs, nor does it entail the actual execution of these programs on behalf of the Hotel staff.

3.4. Implementation planning and development support
The Service Provider shall work in collaboration with the management and staff to integrate the programs into the Hotel’s daily operations.
In this context, support is provided regarding the scheduling of activities, the distribution of tasks, communication to guests, the identification of necessary equipment and spaces, and the evaluation of the implementation.
The responsibility for the management and operation of the Hotel rests solely with the Hotel.

3.5. On-site work and practical training at the hotel
Under the agreement, four separate hotel visits are planned per year.
Each visit shall be scheduled for a mutually agreed-upon date and tailored to the hotel’s specific needs, with a maximum duration of one working day per visit.
Each working day shall include the following activities, as per the program:

• A review of the implementation methods for experience-based programs;
• Clarification of staff roles and responsibilities;
• Practical demonstrations or hands-on applications during relevant activities;
• Work related to guest communication and the promotion of programs;
• An assessment of practices from the previous period.

A total of four on-site working days per year are included in the service fee. Each working day is planned to last a maximum of 6 hours, excluding breaks.
Visit dates shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties. Any additional visits requested by the hotel are not included in the annual service scope, unless the associated fees and expenses are agreed upon in writing.

3.6. Remote consulting and periodic evaluation
Throughout the annual engagement, the parties shall communicate as needed via telephone, email, or online meetings.
Four periodic evaluation meetings are scheduled per year. These meetings are, to the extent possible, aligned with a quarterly schedule.
The meetings will address the implementation status of programs, staff feedback, challenges encountered, and suggestions for improvement.
This scope does not constitute a continuous or unlimited-hour consulting service. Requests requiring additional work shall be subject to separate agreement.

3.7. International promotion and joint promotional activities
The annual service fee includes joint promotional support via the ThermalTourism.com and @thermalhotels channels.

In this context:
a) Twelve (12) joint promotional posts are planned for the hotel per year, with a target of one post per month of the contract term.

All publications are subject to the technical requirements and content policies of the respective platforms. No guarantees are provided regarding specific levels of reach, engagement, bookings, the number of international guests, or growth in revenue.

3.8. Annual evaluation and final report
At the end of the contract term, an annual evaluation report will be prepared.
This report will cover the activities carried out, programs developed, training sessions and meetings held, promotional publications, and recommendations for future development.
It is not expected that a definitive assessment of revenue, occupancy rates, length of stay, or the number of international guests will be provided, as such an analysis would rely on data not shared by the hotel.
